Art # 8 - We had 4 units down for the air conditioning, Art came and found problems and was able to repair 2 units and did a GREAT JOB, the other 2 units needed major replacments, we are getting the authorization and then will get those repaired.

Atilla # 16 - We had a hot water leak, Atilla came out very quickly and repaired the copper tee and did an AWESOME JOB!

Anthony # 9 - Our restroom sink would not turn off, Anthony came out and quickly and took care of our problem so that we could pass our Inspection from the health department. He was GREAT! such a sweetheart.

Devon # 1 - I was loosing water pressure in our bathtub, Devon came out and checked the lines and all were ok, he gave me some information on what to look for if this happens again and to call you back, he was GREAT.

Paul # 33 - One of our units needed to have the basket strainer replaced and Paul came out and repaired it, he did a GOOD JOB!

Miguel #7 - We had a problem with one of our unit's toilet not flushing correctly, Miguel came in and did a GREAT JOB in repairing it.

Art #8 - Our cooling tower was making alot of noise, Art came out and repaired the problem and did a perfect job!

Anthony #9 - Water was shooting out the top of our water heater and he was "Johnny on the spot" He got there quickly and took care of our problem , GREAT JOB!

Sam #32 - Thank you for sending Sam he was great, his ingenuity and knowledge of his craft is great. He came in to camera the line in one of our apartments, found the problem and repaired it.

Sam #32 - came out and did a really great job in locating our problem with our main line, gave us a quote and now they are getting the job completed.
