One of your service staff came out to repair our Air Conditioning unit that was not working in our lobby in one of our buildings. He did a great job, super fast repair and everything is working well. This was the first time I have used Rainforest Plumbing & Air for A/C services for one of the Community Associations that I manage in the East Valley. Your technician, Mr. DuBois provided knowledgeable service and conducted himself in a very professional manner at all times. It's a nice change of pace when vendors show up as scheduled, are skilled in their craft and are well kept/professional in appearance (as all too often in that type of work, techs tend to be disheveled or lack in the look of cleanliness). Mr. DuBois thoroughly went over what he was doing and took the time to reset the thermostat that had been tampered with on repeated occasions, resulting in wasted use of energy.

Additionally, Tiffiani (Dispatcher) was quite prompt in getting my property scheduled for service and providing me with the information that I requested!

Your service tech Matt just provided service to my home. He cleaned out two drains and provided an estimate and advice on repairing a drain leak on an underground P-Trap cast iron fitting. I am a first-time customer and I am totally impressed with your company. Matt was courteous, efficient, answered all my questions and provided service above and beyond my expectations.

I recently heard a radio spot regarding CrimShield and jotted down their web site. When I needed a plumber, I found you on the CrimShield website and then when I went to your Rainforest web site I was sold with your "Up-Front Guarantee" and "Mr. Ike's Integrity Statement".

As Matt was leaving, I wanted to get a feel for the relationship between the Rainforest workers and the President, so I asked Matt if he knew Ike Tippetts. His response was a very positive "Oh yes he meets with us on a weekly basis." When I told Matt what had impressed me with Rainforest Plumbing he said that he would let Mr. Tippetts know because Ike always appreciates such feedback. I thanked Matt and told him I was also going to write this email.

We had four air conditioning units in our complex go down the same afternoon! Art from Rainforest came out right away and was able to find the problems with each unit quickly. He was able to repair two of the AC units with parts from his truck right on the spot... and did a GREAT JOB! The other two units need major parts replacements, we are getting the authorization and then will have Rainforest repair those too.

Foul odor from sink in AZ, Helpful Arizona plumber...!

Making the best suggestions....

Thank you so very much for your follow up - Your service tech/field supervisor Jack F. was extremely helpful in making suggestions regarding this situation. Although he, like myself and my maintenance guy, did not detect any odor in the apartment (that is not to say there was not any foul odor, just that during the times we were there, we could not detect any odor). Jack suggested that by changing out the sink might be a good solution. Since this seems like the least expensive and yet most efficient and effective way to go as the next step - we shall do this.  

Jack also suggested as a last resort, if changing the sink out did not rectify the situation, then we could contact your business again to possibly do a 'smoke bombing'. He did advise on the exact procedure and what we would have to do, should we follow through on this.

The service / advise that was provided to us, not only by Jack, but by the very quick response from emails and phone contact, puts your business of RAINFOREST at the top of my list for plumbing companies in Arizona.
